Your right to return

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery — this applies to original paintings, limited edition prints, canvases, and our card sets.

How to return something

Email hello@stillpower.studio with your order number to let us know you'd like to return it, within 30 days of delivery. Once you've told us, send the item back to us within 14 days.

Condition

The work must come back undamaged, unframed, in its original packaging, and — for prints and original paintings — with its certificate of authenticity included. If it comes back damaged, or shows signs of being handled beyond what's needed to look it over, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Who pays return postage

For original paintings and limited edition prints, we cover return postage — email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

For canvases and card sets, you pay the cost of sending the item back to us.

Your refund

Once we receive the item back, or you send us proof of postage, whichever is sooner, we'll refund the full amount you paid — including your original standard shipping cost — to your original payment method, within 14 days. We don't offer store credit.
